You need to Fill and Submit the Talaaq Petition below to start Divorce Procedure.
Requirements to complete the Petition
You will require the following information for yourself and your spouse to complete the application:
- Birth Dates
- Contact details
- Statement of Your case - Reasons of why have you decided to file for Talaaq
- Photo IDs
- Credit/Debit card to complete petition
Talaaq Registration fee
Fee to start a talaaq process is £275 which is payable immediately on approval to handle your petition. Fees are non-refundable.
